The ideal surface is a flat grass surface (without pits or stones). Placement on cobbles or concrete is possible, but always inform us in advance so that we can provide extra fall mats and anchoring.
In addition to the dimensions of the bouncy castle, take into account at least 1.5 metres clearance at the back in front of the blazer and at the sides.
Yes, a standard 220V socket is sufficient. The blower should remain constantly on during use.
In light rain, the castle can be left standing (leave it inflated so that water does not soak in). In strong winds or thunderstorms, the castle should be let down immediately for safety reasons.
Yes, an adult (18+) must supervise children playing at all times.
Our castles are specifically designed for children. Unless otherwise stated with the product, adult use is not allowed to prevent damage and accidents.
In principle, we take care of the cleaning. However, we kindly ask you to remove coarse dirt (such as papers or confetti) yourself after the party.
Prices include VAT. You can opt for self-collection or on-site delivery. Please note: collection and folding after the party is always done by our team. Folding a bouncy castle is a precise job in which the right technique is essential to prevent damage to the material.
